Lewis Posted September 18, 2009 Share Posted September 18, 2009 Introducing the new bantams Pox the Speckled Sussex bantam: and the Buff Rock bantam - either named Nugget or Purkinje: They are 15 or 16 weeks old and started laying on Tuesday and Thursday, so hopefully they'll carry on and we might have a few bantam eggs again They seem to be mite free but I've powdered them just to be safe, and they're being wormed - wings are clipped and their nails needed clipping a bit too. In a few weeks they'll be integrated with Blondey the hen I hatched, the run they are in is next to hers to get them used to each other.
