4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

I want to be able to keep up with the rest of the family on cycling holidays so went to my first RPM class this morning . (Used to be called Spinning, on exercise bikes.)

 

Quite enjoyed it but am expecting sore legs tomorrow .

 

Anyone else do it?

Did it once. I say 'once'. I lasted 25 minutes and then crept out of the room.

Yes Ive done my time at spin classes.

I used to do it but found myself looking out of the window at the sunshine and wishing I was riding a bike in it so I tend to cycle now. It was good fitness though.

Yep I used to do those classes at the gym, tho my legs ached the next day!

I have done them but I confess that I cheated. When the teacher would say, "Now crank up the dial as we are going up a hill." I would sometimes not crank it as much as I should

Why not just get on a bike and ride it somewhere, much more interesting with all the scenery, terrain etc.

All well and good, Fred, but I just wouldn't. I don't mind cycling if I'm going somewhere (I cycle to work when OH has the car) but can't motivate myself to "go for a cycle".

 

It's like exercising at home - it just doesn't work. You need a real person shouting at you to do it .

 

I can, however, go for runs without someone shouting at me.
