Jules.
I've took the plunge & bought one from ALDI today, £49.99. Before I unwrap it can I have assurances that a topper is worth the money?
Chucky Mama
We have 4 toppers in the house and they are great.
Olly
I love mine (and it cost a lot more than that! ) - sounds like a bargain. I sleep much better with mine, and don't wake up aching all over.
Cooks
I might get one as I am really having trouble sleeping on my mattress

Jules.
I'd just like to say I had a lovely sleep last night
abwsco
We've had one for a couple of years now and it was an absolute bargain from the QVC oulet. Had never even been opened and was £30 instead of mega £££'s.
bellekatz
Well we went to our local Aldi yesterday and bought one - have been looking for one for ages but they all seemed sooo expensive!! Sooo comfortable I couldnt believe the difference a little bit of foam would make. Even OH who was so sceptical about it thought it was great. So thanks for that Jules. Wouldnt have known about it if you hadnt posted here

abwsco
As you're loving your topper try a memory foam pillow as well I got mine from Dunelm Mill, but not one of those funny shaped ones. Took me a while to get used to it but I very rarely have a sore neck now after a nights sleep.
Jules.
Just an update to my topper- my bed has never been so lovely & warm in winter. I don't even need a hot water bottle, & you all know how cold it's been lately. There's none of those "cold spots" you get in bed when you change position anymore
Space Chick
When people asked me what I wanted for Christmas and my Birthday, I asked for Argos vouchers, which I shall be putting towards a memory foam mattress. Sad I know
Looney
My Mum and Dad have a memory foam mattress topper on the guest bed and it is lovely and comfortable and very warm which is great in winter, although I have to admit I find it quite hot in summer. Are memory foam pillows always really thick? The ones I've seen seem to be.
keyhole kate
We have a memory foam mattress best thing since sliced bread makes me late every morning for work
Charlottechicken
I also have a memory foam mattress topper, it is brilliant! I got mine from Amazon a couple of years ago for £40, it came with two free funny shaped pillows (which are useless ). If anyone hasn't got one it really is an Omlet must have, it really lets your body relax during sleep, which is great if you have back or joint problems, it also helps keep you warm Mine is only about 3cm deep, but really makes a difference Hint: Open the mattress topper up in the room it will be used in

The Dogmother
I got a topper a couple of years back from Roseby when they had a deal on. Wouldn't be without it. I like a very firm mattress, so this combo gives me the support I like with the extra comfort.
joybelle
Am thinking of getting one of these but would I need to get deeper fitted bottom sheets to go over it. My present mattress isnt that deep so the sheets fit on ok. Joy
bellekatz
I got one and it's fabulous - I dont wake up aching anymore and it does make me warmer. Not only that it was a bargain

I have a thick and firm double mattress, but use king sized flat sheets - works well for me.
