Janty
When we see a house for sale or houses being built, the standard line now is 'not enough room for chickens' or 'plenty of room for chickens'. Hubby says it before I do now.
bigmommasally
When we see a house for sale or houses being built, the standard line now is 'not enough room for chickens' or 'plenty of room for chickens'. Hubby says it before I do now. We went for a lovely riverside walk yesterday and saw new houses and we both said the same as you! We also saw older houses with lovely gardens that would have been perfect for chickens but not one had them! We both thought "What a waste!" Olly
phew, not just me, then! I've got an embarrassing habit of going to people's houses for the first time, looking out at their garden and saying 'ooh, plenty of room for chickens - they'd fit in perfectly over there'. Seagazer
I think we must all be mad because me and my OH do this too. We're always looking at other houses on internet etc and usually the only comment about the garden is whether it is 'chicken sized', never mind the dog and cats or kids (oh dear, the kids came after the animals )
Chickvic
We do this all the time, if we win the lottery we have to look for a house with a huge garden for chickens and DH wants a beehaus!
