Starting a new thread on adverts that people like, rather than ones which annoy us!

 

This one had me spluttering into my cup of tea, while hubby was looking a bit blank and couldn't see why I found it so funny. Bless.

MMmmm not seen that one - love the eyebrows god's gift eh? Love the Meerkats, like the GoCompare in the cafe where the 2 hunky guys are chatting and coffee going everywhere and the one poss Aviva where theres a family at Christmas dinner and one person is on a very low chair " why at christmas is there never enough chairs" or words similar to that, reminded me of my mum whp fed 13 and I always being the baby ended up with a high stool and dinner on my lap and great aunt Emmy was eye to plate with her lunch Sadly they are all dead bar four of us but ES cant see the joke when I roar at the old boy on the low stool.

I love the bouncy balls one,the exploding paint one................but my all time fave is the fabulous Guinness surfers one

 

I also really enjoy the Orange ones where they have stars pitching movie ideas, & any with Sean Bean doing the voiceover.......................

Actually,we play 'name the voiceover artist' here when the ads are on - its amazing how many famous voices you can recognise when you really concentrate.

In our house we mute the ads. Sometimes we play "guess what the product is" when a particularly abstract one comes on and the product gets shown right at the end.

At the moment the favourite advert in our house is the Vodafone 360 advert all about gingers that meet up in Red square and some have a baby - we know the pregnant lady at the end
