Egluntyne
Me too..... although they look a bit grim now.
Lesley
They're more comfortable than mine and don't make farty noises either The Crocs wellies do - esp. with bare feet They are worse than my ordinary wellies and Lauren and Jake just fall about laughing
The Dogmother
Nice to know it keeps them amused!
Guest
Wellies with built-in child entertainment! They should put that in their sales pitch!
Lesley
I orederd the ballet pump ones on Friday from Lookatmycrazyshoes - they despatched them today. My son's girlfriend ordered some on Sunday - hers were delivered today The sizing is small - and narrow Her size 6's don't fit her and I'm just about to try them on. My size 5's will probably go nowhere near my fat little feet I'll be passing them on to Lauren... I'll report back...... I'm back - the size bigger just fit. They don't feel as 'safe' for me as the Caymans but they are comfortable.
Sheilaz
Oh yes, Lesley, please do. I love the look of them, and it's good to know they're in stock. But, I did wonder if the style looked narrow and closer fitting, compared to the benefit of Crocs so far being the comfort & width. PS..glad the 6's fit. What colour did you get? Do they look good on, how you expected?
Cate in NZ
I've recieved the same email as you Lesley I'm bizarrely excited at the prospect of recieving 2 more pairs of Crocs in the post, albeit in different styles. Guess I'd better break the news to hubby then...... or will I manage to get by with the "this old thing" line He is so convinced that I don't need any more shoes . Lesley
Sheila - I ordered black and pink size 5's, which should arrive today and of which at least one pair will go to Lauren as she takes a 4 in Crocs. We were thinking they may be OK for her for school in the summer - it is very difficult to find shoes in her size suitable for her age and which also accommodate a high instep - but i don't think they will be any good for her as they slip and flap about at the heel. They are more for 'occasional' use than the Caymans which will be better for everyday use. The ones I acquired last night are black and they look quite dainty. My feet look like trotters in them but that's my feet, not the shoes! They just cover the widest part of the foot. KateA - I'm sure you'll get away with "what? these old things" just wear very long skirts!
The Dogmother
I want to know whether the new Mary Janes will come in childrens' sizes - anyone got any advanced knowledge?
Guest
They will! http://www.jellyegg.com/croc_shoes/500-1/index458.asp
The Dogmother
Thanks for that Ginette - Jellyegg sent me an email about them a couple of weeks ago, but they weren't available then.
Cate in NZ
My silver ballet pumps style arrived today and I'm wearing them already. They look smart enough for work, and feel quite comfy, but I've not walked very far in them yet. They feel a bit loose, especially at the back, so I'm not completely convinced yet. I'll try and get round to taking a photo later. I don't like the Scutes though. They're ever so wide they make my feet look like boats. My feet are kind of average width, and these just feel too big and wide. Maybe they'd get comfier with wear, but I think I'm going to be sending them back
Guest
Are there enough air holes in the ballet pumps Kate?
The Dogmother
If there aren't, I bet they make farty noises
Cate in NZ
If there aren't, I bet they make farty noises I hope not No farty noises yet anyway There are less air holes in the ballet style, 5 across the top of the shoe, and then another 5 across the back of the shoe, so I was worried about ventilation and sweaty feet in hot weather, but because they're quite a loose fit, but still somehow seem to stay on quite comfortably , I'm hoping that that won't be too much of a problem. Just waiting for some hot weather to test that theory out now
Guest
Well, let me know Kate! Don't forget now!
Lesley
I said the Scutes make your feet look like boats! but I find mine very comfortable. What size did you order for the Prima pumps Kate? - your usual or a size bigger? My own order arrived today and the 5's fit too snugly, my toes are at the end. oh! and no farty noises! Cinnamon
No Georgie boots for me The size 6 had my toes at the end, but the 7 flapped around all over the place Oh well, I will have to stick to my trusty old welly-clogs
Cate in NZ
I got a size 6 Lesley and they fit fine, but ideally I would wear a size 5 1/2 in shoes. The photos below aren't great I'm afraid, daughter took them and they're a bit out of focus, but you get the idea The more I've been wearing them the more comfortable I've felt in them. These are definitely for keeps, and a bargain too, they weren't expensive at all.
susan l
A thread about crocs! Brilliant! As well as being the only person I know with an eglu, ditto on the crocs! I have a pink pair which match my eglu Betsy and Talullah (still no eggs...) enjoy pecking at the holes in them , and Daisy (9 month old daughter) thinks they are the tastiest shoes mummy owns.. As for size, well, I have 7s which is my usual size, but they are a little too short to wear the strap round my heels, but they are fine as mules. Pretty wide fitting, though. Laura & CTB
Yep - I too have matching crocs/eglu - purple. I also have a blue pair to match my freezing cold feet in the winter
Guest
Yup, me too - red crocs, red eglu!

Trish
Hope I've not just missed it and someone else has posted in first but look at these http://www.jellyegg.com/croc_shoes/498-1/index.asp I don't have crocs yet but these tempt me. My problem is I have very thin feet and ankles and big shoes like crocs make my legs and feet look stupid, I end up looking like I'm wearing clown shoes. But those just might tempt me.
