my OH has agreed to get a cube. which colour is best?

Recommended Posts

hi, i presently have a (pink eglu) & (orange eglu) . i am going to sell the (orange eglu) and get a cube,:lol: but am unsure which is the best colour :?

my chucks will not go in the (orange eglu) , no matter where i put it in the garden, but prefer the (pink eglu) instead :?::roll: they all cram in together which is getting to be a bit of a squease now that the orps are getting bigger

they will go in the (orange eglu) if the (pink eglu) is locked

which colour is best? i was wondering if a darker colour may be best, as the eglus i have are quite light inside?

thanks :D

i had a (green eglu) originally and it was quite light and showed up marks quite easily- now got a (cube purple) and its so much better- always looks smart and looks fab with purple tub trugs as planters within run. plus ive planted lavender around the run which colour coordinates fabulously!

definately (cube purple)(cube purple)(cube purple)(cube purple)(cube purple) !!

I have a (cube green) but when I ordered it, I didn't know any other colours were available - I'd seen the green one at a show at the NEC. I wish I'd thought about it a bit more, because the (cube orange) is fab, and orange is my favourite colour. However that's the only cube I'm going to get, so I'll have to live with it until it needs replacing!

thanks :!:

my (cube purple) will arrive on 3rd feb :D cant wait :D

i just hope the stupid orps can work out how to get up & down the ladder :wink:

my orpies manage the ladder fine, although my WIR base is designed so the ladder is closer to the ground than it would be normally, so they dont have to 'hop up' onto the first rung. If in doubt put an upturned plant pot there that will help them. :)

I love my (cube green) and wouldn't be without him for all the chocolate in Cadbury's
