I make mine with almonds not coconut, Em thats a thought, coconut is also a fruit so with the jam that makes 2 portions

Paradise slice not had that in years. Am now imagining Debs almond version with cherry jam instead of raspberry

In fact I have a big meeting on Thursday and a Hen Party on Saturday, so I may have to make some this week

I asked him what size my new (well new to me) shed is 8x6 so that will be ample room for my bits and bobs...

I am looking for metal dustbins.. thrilling huh? just thought when the food and corn goes into the shed it ought to be rodent proof..

 

trying to find cheap metal dustbins.. Ikea do some but cant find the link!

Bit expensive though? - don't know, never buy bins

 

We used to keep ours in bins, but if there was ever any moisture it would make the stuff in the bottom go all stinky + horrible.

We just leave it in the bags in the side passage now

Thought I would keep in the bin but still in the sack aswell, I have the plastic ones I can use as they work fine but trying to think of reducing any micees or ratcees!! not that we have problem at the moment.

 

Visitor as in micees or ratcees?? or squirrel?? we get lots of squirrells here! loads of them in this village.

We have loads of squirrels but I spotted a hole which looks like its going to a tunnel, me thinks rats

 

Have had meeces before, but never rats ... will see if the bait gets eaten and then will know
