I've never acyually made this cake - I found it in Google Images - but I use it as my 'virtual' cake and bring it out at every possible occasion . I will make one - just a sponge with chocolate butter icing piped through a round nozzle - add plastic flies from a party/joke shop. Sorry to steal your idea Lesley, but I made it last year for the son of a friend of mine!!!! went down a storm with a party of young boys I used rice paper for effect too So it wasn't too sickly I used plain sponge and as Lesley said piped chocolate butter icing through the icing bag without a nozzle before adding bits of scrumpled up rice paper and flies karen x Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
