Does anybody ever feel ..... Part # 15

Recommended Posts

Hello again. I've netted off the veggie patch - much to the disgust of the girls - although Tipsy managed to get in.

Erin took mum home this afternoon. I have told her that I see her 4 times in one week. She said why isn't it 7 then? Because this is not your house. No wonder Murray goes off. Thing is she says I only wanted to get rid of her because of the jigsaw puzzle, the garden, the washing etc. She always wants me to feel guilty. At the moment I feel it isn't my house and she treats me like I'm still 10. Arghhhhhhhhh! Wanna be a grown up!!!!! :boohoo: She tuts when we eat ice cream. She tuts when I use butter. She tuts when I'm on the computer (and tells me off!). She is quite able bodied so capable of looking after herself. Won't join the gardening club, won't go to the pensioners coffee mornings, won't do anything unless I'm there (except for the knitting thing when her neighbour makes her go  ). Her cousin had polio when young and eventually had to use a wheelchair in her old age - but she was always doing something interesting and visiting places. Chatting with Erin - mum also says you just want to get rid of me because blah blah. So she's laying the guilt trip on Erin now. Not on. Sorry for the rant guys.

Oopsie, sun still out and I must do the girls tea otherwise they'll be whingeing just like me!

Ooh interesting horse Lewis - where's its head?

I was very proud of myself!! Thornes even had a few PB on sale too! They had some gorgeous looking hybrids too! oooh and a GO on display. It looked good, nice and solid but I couldn`t work out how to collect eggs from nestbox without kneeling on the floor and therefore getting dirty :?

Well I am showered and ready for bed........chooks are just thinking about going up their ladders..........

Now - time for dinner - chocolate or chips and dip

I haven't looked at this thread before...feels like I've been missing out.

Well done Emma for not buying any more...you're doing better than I am.

I only went for ducks yesterday with MIL and came home with three practically mahogany Welsummer eggs which then accidentally fell into the incubator.

:D

What have you won on ebay Emma?

I have just come back from the field, all chooks tucked up, I have to go and put a shelf in the brooder shed now as I need to add a cage so I can segregate some chicks for someone

I wonder who that someone is!?

How did you get on with your run building Tasha?

*squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeakkkkkk*

OOoh yes, I forgot about the salmon eggs

Ebay wins - couple of indoor rabbit hutches (brooders), rabbit run, little rabbit ark oooh and two bargain Eltex galvanised feeders - most of this will end up with little brother but in the meantime it is taking up space in OH's garage  It is more or less empty apart from his golf clubs and the only time he ever goes in there is to get said clubs but now that I have put this stuff in there he hasn`t stopped moaning about all the jobs he wants to do in there are now can't

Evening all :D

Welcome to the crazy thread Jan :D

Well the Christening went well, but good gosh, church technology is different in this church than others I tend to frequent  They had a big band, large flat screen TV's where the song lyrics were put up. The vicar did his sermon to a powerpoint presentation. And one of the hymns was sung to the tune of La Bamba

Then went to footie, and it was a fab game, we won 3-1

Just home now, settled down with a glass of wine, and there is lasagne in the oven for tea

:wall::wall::wall::wall::wall: and count to ten. I could strangle Simon. He's just phoned me to say his Dad is fine at the moment and doesn't need babysitting so he is on his way home. So he hasn't talked to his Mum :evil::evil: He did however manage to see the letter from the hospital that has to be taken to Drs and it doesn't mention Parkinsons at all :? All it says is about the statins  Ok statins can cause muscle aches in rare cases but don't cause all the other symptoms he is having.

Opps sorry Lyns  - but that means more for us!!

Claire - hugs to you. It must be very difficult. My mum went through similar with her MIL (dads mum) she wanted to "sort it" but didn`t like to step on SIL toes. Hugs and love to you.

Only down side  - you have to open the back door and slide it out or just reach in, and it means you have to leave it a bit away from WIR corner to open the back too.

Welcome to the Crazy Thread Janty :D

OOOOOuuuuuuu Frizzle Eggs

I was going to have a frizzle this year, but having had Dorothea and Tegan and Phil getting the Columbines for his birthday, the frizzle will have to wait

Just eaten my lasagne and salad. I didn't have any olive oil handy, so I made my salad dressing with walnut oil instead and it was scrummy
