ladyjulian
I have a quiche in the fridge - shop bought cheese and tomato - which is a few days past its use by date. I'm probably not going to eat it, would it be safe to feed to the chickens, or would that be risky? They'll quite happily eat sad looking vegetables, potato peelings, and so on, but I'm not so sure about processed food, so I'm turning to Omlet wisdom! Redwing
Its not great on a day to day basis but may well be ok as a one off They dont tolerate lactose very well and cant have onions I believe but I expect they would demolish it with no regard for that
ladyjulian
They might get an Easter treat then - I really don't like the idea of wasting it but I'm working my way through a large amount of leftover roast lamb, which they're not getting!
