Lesley
Christian sent me this link http://howaboutorange.blogspot.com/2010/04/essential-life-skill-toilet-paper.html I thought at first it was because it was 'orange' and most people on here know how much I love orange ( ) but it was better than that.......another favourite subject on the forum......... Cooks
do people seriously fold their loo paper???? I would feel quite uneasy wiping my bits with a cupcake or whaever it is.. *got giggles now, puts wine down*
Lesley
I'm still laughing as well - just think of the fun you could have! Last time I visited Christian he had folded the ends of his loo roll but nothing as fancy as that - I hope he's been practising

Cooks
I might freak the kids out and start folding the loo roll.. oooooh this could be fun.. they will think I have totally lost the plot once and for all.. I can see how it might be cute in hotels and B&B's but soooo time consuming at home, imagine asking a visitor after they've used the loo, "have you folded the toilet paper?? can I check your cupcake?? " falls off sofa laughing..

Cooks
brilliant Lewis Yes Christian, how?? come on spill! Lesley you could have a message on your toilet door.. "Welcome to our toilet, use it well, please leave a cupcake of your choice" oooh it could be fun! I bet you get a few muffins.. *runs off to bed laughing herself silly*
Olly
This reminds me of when I was in Cuba - every night when I returned to my hotel room, the maid had produced a more and more elaborate design using the sheet and bathtowels, the crowning glory was a swan made of twisted sheet with towels for wings. I have sooo got to learn to do the cupcake, imagine the surprise for the next person to use the loo!
Sheilaz
.... I've passed the link on to the PM..... Folded cupcakes at number 10, I'm not sure he has time for that, not this week anyway? Sorry, I'm quoting out of context, this topic has made me laugh so much. Just shuddering at the thought that it only works with the dreaded up & over method. Have you converted, Lesley? Tempted to try it & shock the family though. Thanks Lesley & Christian.

Egluntyne
So nice to see the paper hanging the right way! I would love to have the pattern for the crocheted chicken loo roll cover!
Lesley
Just shuddering at the thought that it only works with the dreaded up & over method. Have you converted, Lesley? Definitely not!!!!!! - the only time our loo roll hangs the wrong way is when Christian or Claret visit It might be worth just trying it once, to make one of the cupcakes......... Cooks
 yup take a photo because we will need to see said cupcakes.. Do Claret and Christian change your loo roll??? you will give me the giggles again in a minute..
Lesley
Do Claret and Christian change your loo roll??? you will give me the giggles again in a minute.. Yes!! they do!! As I'm in a minority on here for having the paper hanging down at the back, when they visit they feel the need to change mine to the correct way Clare's excuse was that the new roll hadn't been put onto the holder so she did it for me - Christian will be skating on thin ice though - before I let him take crab apples I shall inspect the toilet paper - in fact, I shall expect to see a perfect cupcake folded for me!
