Alis girls Posted June 18, 2010 Share Posted June 18, 2010 I am amazed at what we mums get done before school run 1 up at 6 - slap on and uniform as working today 2 fed chucks, cats, bun and fish 3 emptied litter tray 4 fed myself and YS 5 stacked dishwasher 6 filled tumble dryer (its raining) 7 set on washing machine 8 ditto bread maker 9 made dough for tonights cobbler 10 nagged son 11 made a coffee 12 left for school oh forgot made packed lunches - i know some of you do far more - am I superwoman or what Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Looney Posted June 18, 2010 Share Posted June 18, 2010 Got up Read story to Bogwoppit Changed dirty nappy Put washing on Fed Bogwoppit Put clean washing away Watched Thomas the Tank Engine and ate breakfast Changed another dirty nappy Hung washing out Let chickens out - clean water, more food Put more washing on Bogwoppit and I watched and waved at binmen Got dressed (did previous activity still in dressing gown! ) Lots more to do....my 'non-work' days are always busy! Came onto the forum to do a bit of tidying, looking for spammers etc. 3.Made sandwiches for boys 'packing up' as it is known in these parts. 4. Emptied washing machine a, hung washing out. Put more washing in machine. 4. Ironed yesterdays washing. 5. Emptied dishwasher. 6. Trawled bedrooms for used cups and dirty washing. 7. Made our bed. I don't do the boy's. We're currently a mere 11 hours ahead of you so I've done all the morning tasks, plus a full day at work, cooked tea, ate it, waved hubby off for his stag weekend with friends (minus sleeping bag...ooops!), done a supermarket shop and put it away, made several plates of party food for Immy's 17th birthday today, washed up, vacuumed and tidied through, listened to the Maori All blacks beat the Irish at the rugby stadium down the road (both children and our temprary lodger were at the match but I resisted ). Now i'm wasting time on t'internet as a 17th birthday party is in full, noisy swing downstairs . It's 10:50pm now, and I know it's unrealistic to expect them to turn the music down just yet.....but how long is it likely to be before I can get some peace, quiet and much needed sleep Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Took DD to school Back @ 9, swept and hoovered downstairs Baked Cakes Washed up Washed and sterilised baby bottles Had a visit from Brambles who was buying our cube extension Decorated Cakes Made up baby bottles Fed Baby Put washing on On here and am about to do a bit of ironing before lunch.
