karena
I'm still on the 'picking them up without it turning into a chase' stage
blueandwhite
Hi my son holds his Bluebell, Phoebe, like a baby with her legs in the air. She immediately falls under his spell!
Mollie333
Off to try that! Edit:

Heidi-Hi
So what do you actually do? Put them on the ground and draw a line in the soil from their beak outwards?
Lavenders_Blue
Wow, how do you un-hypnotise them?! This could be useful when needing to administer powders and sprays etc!
Mollie333
I put her on her back and tilted her head back and got her attention by waving my finger around in the grass. Then let go and she just lay there! Snapped out of it in about minuet though

karena
I tried holding my bluebelle on her back in my arms. She did go a bit sleepy and calm (more so than usual as we are still getting used to any holding) but not hypnotised. Although when I put her down she did wobble a little as she walked and looked super relaxed.
Plum
Off to try that! Edit: How very dignified
Lewis
Typical this comes up when I'm 3 hours away from the chooks!! Will have to try it
Plum
Poor Lewis try it on your room mate. Tried it on my chickens but they just got up and walked away. Not sure they didn't tut as they went. However, I turned my wyandottes over in my hand and they stayed still held out at arms length so does that count.
