Its normal ones too, this bus passed extremely closely, as you can see in this video. I was shaking the time I got to my destination.

Cycling home just now, going past a junction, car turning right out of said junction which was on the other side of the road, and doesn't stop until his bumper is almost touching my front wheel. Then acts like he did nothing wrong when I start to yell. Video will be uploaded soonish, watch this space.

 

Edit: I will be reporting this driver to the police, his driving was shameful!

I hope they actually do something about those drivers. Having been on the back of OH's motorbike I know just how many bad drivers there are out there.

I cycle everywhere and my heart is in my throat sometimes. yesterday on the bricklayers arms roundabout at the top of the old kent road I got overtaken, beeped at and then cut up by a car. WHYYYYYYY couldn't he just slow down for a nano second and then gone inside me which is where his lane was??

 

people just waon't slow down and risk being, oooooh, half a millisecond later.

 

having said all this pedestrians are worst by far. they leap out on front of me and when it's raining and they have their brollly low they have a deathwish.

Peds are sometimes a bit crazy, one who looked carefully to the left, and steps out, not bothering to look both ways, good thing im quick on the brakes.
