I remember last time I ordered something big from Omlet (ages ago) it came via Home Delivery Network and they were awful. First they the delivered wrong thing, 2nd time the box was broken and it was a miracle the contents were all there, they couldn't find me, the driver was rude, I had to carry a socking great box up the driveway myself etc. Recently I tried to order something from another firm who use HDN and eventally gave up after the 5th missed delivery slot because they require a signature but can't tell you when they'll be delivering. After a lot of complaining we have now had 4 sent out to us over the past month and nothing received this end. Wanted some more room for them over the snowy period. Will probably have melted by the time it gets here. And then we'll have 4 extension kits A which presumably won't fit together even if I had the room?! I usually try and let him see just the odd one and then gradually expose him to more, he doesn' t get bargains - poor simple soul! Just one outstanding package to come ..... hope he doesn't see that!
