Boxing day morning I make loads of salads, cold cuts, try to do clever things with yesterdays left overs, make bread and so on and then we graze for a few days up to New Year and I relax. My ES is home for a few days from Vietnam not seen him for over a year so gave him a bit of attention. We bought a bakewell pudding for tea from Bakewell and OH is cooking roast beef. yum Hope you have all had a good day and been able to relax.
