A few more photos to show how it all works

The bolt release for the back. There is one on either side then the roof slides back

Cube7.jpg

The back removed and the top slid back for cleaning

Cube8.jpg

The inside showing the bolt release for the back to just lift off. One on either side again - really easy as they slide very smoothly

Cube9.jpg

The wheel mechanism moved so that the wheels are now down

Cube10.jpg

The Cube with the wheels in position for moving around - one lever on each end to operate each wheel

Cube11.jpg

The lever is operated with your foot - ta da, I even have matching shoes, you see

Cube12.jpg

and finally the interior through the pop hole door. Plenty of ventilation so if you have gaps, don't worry. I asked Johannes and they are deliberate!

Lesley, it's bigger than I'd expected  . However, the summer house is going in a couple of months thanks to rot so we're extending the girls run to where it is and the Cube will be fine in there. It won't be moved around the garden as we don't have room - as you can see  !

I spoke too soon -- my delivery time has been changed to 11am tomorrow, as someone else has been promised first delivery. They know how to keep the suspense up, don't they?

Edit: I've just had another call: it's going to be 9am after all!

The cube looks much too nice for chickens.
