johnandkymberley
Hi all, a bit early to talk about i know but we have started xmas lists for each other, at the end of the year we always struggled to think what we want, so weve decided whatever we want in the year goes on the list - instead of buying it straight away, so on mine is pandora charms 14 and silver or the safety chain scream boxset if it has scream 4 in victor and rolf flowerbomb extreme lolita princess wine and martini glass (for the cocktails of course!!!!) swarvoski pen in pink egg skelter in pink (and other omlet goodies) cocktail set, a proper metal one - went on a course and i was really good at it its also my birthday on xmas eve so will have to think of more things! For OH hes got (he only knows about one thing though) one foot in the grave boxset, we saw an advert on tv the other day and he was killing himself laughing at it! 2 black rock hens - he wants them so bad but has no idea at all im going to turn up with them!! he wants socks that say John on them - hes decided he loves socks with his name on probably a couple of wii and ds games pandora charms perfume x 2 any stuff he wants from boots in the 3 for 2 - we get 75% off as OH works there so we splash out on all the luxury stuff! something from omlet or iwoot.com and £200 for a new wardrobe, that he wants and i might pick him up a few designer bits he wont know about aswell johns birthday is the 5th of December so this is a combined list, and ill share it out! Has anyone else thought about xmas lists or is it me going crazyyy! xx
bluekarin
Ummm..... no not just yet. Its a good idea having a list of what you'd like though. I usually go blank when someone asks me what I'd like. I'd like to get summer out of the way and start of new school term, and then maybe start to think about it On another note, what's victor and rolf flowerbomb extreme like? I've heard a bit about it, but just wondered what you thought of it.

Space Chick
OH and I don't buy for each other at Christmas and birthdays now, but we do buy things when we really want/need them.
Griffin
I don't start thinking of Christmas until the last of the family birthdays is out of the way, daughter number three will be 10 on September 20th. Then I'll get the Christmas lists in
majuka
Goodness, you are organised! I vary greatly in when I start my Christmas shopping, there have been some years I have everything done by September and there have been years when I am still wandering round the shops as they are shutting on Christmas Eve I have actually brought a couple of presents already but only because I went to a craft village that I rarely get too and they had some really nice gifts for my nephews. Had it been a local shop I wouldn't have got them yet but who knows when I will next get there. Hopefully I won't have lost them by Christmas! MInd you if we get a cold spell I'll probably give it her before as it was a slanket lols
AJuff
I keep a gift list on the go all the time as I can never think of what I'd like for Christmas, birthday, mother's day etc. DD1 keeps one too I think! Mad or organised I'm not sure but it works!

Lesley
I do - I like to start early - and if I waited until after my birthday, it would be too late!!! I usually buy a few things in the January sales and then I'll buy more bits in September when we're on holiday as I actually have time to think. I don't buy much so it is easy to have those bits out of the way. I make a lot of my presents and mostly hampers of goodies so as soon as the preserving season starts I earmark certain things for the hampers.......at the moment, it's salt preserved lemons...... johnandkymberley
Well its just that i will buy things in the year, usually i would buy the egg skelter, the perfume etc, and then at xmas we both say to each other, what do you want? and we have nothing! So it works for us, i have just ordered off omlet the scrambled egg t-shirt for him which i will save - and scrambled egg is his fav and i have ordered for myself, which will get saved the omlet shorts and matching t-shirt, im going to use them for jarmas, i can just see myself running into the garden to let out the hennie pennies in those shorts!!!! lol
