I've looked inside the box- they have sent me a wrong run panel, no glug and they've sent the wrong food... And all in the battered box- evil couriers Oh well... Back on the phone tomorrow. My dads managed to put it together just with some overrun from the incorrect run panel. The chickens like it, but my dad told me he wishes he never brought it- after all the fuss it's given us.
