We'll all remember, we heard it here first. I've never seen them before, and the products look very sensible and attractive; until you think of the impracticalities.

In theory, at home, one could pop them in the equivalent of a nappy bucket before washing, but I can't imagine many people of the generation younger than me taking it on, and I'm beyond needing them.

In practice, I gave up thinking how it would work when not at home, out with a handbag.

I like the thinking behind it, and I'm a mooncup fan but have trouble selling even that idea, I can't imagine suggesting these.

I looked into these, don't need them now though! There is interesting thinking behind them, that modern products cause more bleeding (as they wick moisture away from you) and other problems. If you have a light flow or are at the end of a period, they are probably worth trying.

I'm past all this as well now but have mentioned Mooncup to my daughter in the past, with little success. I will pass this on to my granddaughter as she seems not to mind as much as her Mum. I've seen these before and I'm sure it was in the Mooncup thread on here

Ooo-er, I'm not sure about these. I really like my mooncup and think a quick rinse and a boil each month sounds a heck of a lot easier than having to do a load of laundering.
