I have thought of an idea for a thread

 

It is similar to the Word Association game, except you have to continue a story

 

For example:

 

Person 1:

The hen ran swiflty through the forest on the dark night...

 

Person 2 would then write:

because she was being chased by a fox...

 

Person 3:

The hen had to run as fast as possible...

 

Rules:

You can add whatever you want to the story (within reason )

You cannot write "THE END"

Yes.. can't remember when, but a year or more ago.

Can we do it anyway? Who starts, is it the chicken story it was that just an example?

Not so long ago there was a beautiful black d'anver bantam who had been broody for 6 weeks.......

she lived in a coop with 5 more chickens

along with her pet purple dinosaur, Henry

Trudy (the bantam d'anver ?sp) would sit on her nest all day with henry and wouldnt let the other chickens lay their eggs ...

She decided to get some dinosaur eggs to hatch a friend for Henry ...

But unfortunately instead she got DRAGON eggs.

It was very hot in the coop as the dragon eggs needed to be kept in a fire to make them hatch ...

Trudy had to leave the nest box before she roasted!

although trudys owner was quite fond of roast chicken...

However Henry was quite fond of roast human...

he decided to hatch a plan .....

despite keeping the plan warm for weeks on end, nothing materialised

So trudy burst in and ate up the eggs, which henry wasnt very happy about.

Henry was mortified, and cried so much the nest box was awash...

With scales and skin due to the induced stress, but

[Plum]

Out of the debris emerged 4 little Henry's called.............

Holly, Harry, Hetty and Herbert!

the 4 H's were very hungary...

so they toddled off out of the nestbox in search of food, the first thing they saw was.........

a little pigeon pecking at some spilt layers pellets...
