I thought that Russell looked good - chubby men are often good movers; a friend of mine ('Big Bob') can dance up a fury on the floor. I think Nancy could be trouble too (I think she'll want to do her own thing and argue) and don't even get me started on Edwina I don't particularly like the look of Robbie Savage either (never heard of him before) I thought he was that hairdresser chap Nicky Clarke when I first glimpsed him. Not sure I'm going to like her very much I read somewhere that she insisted on her heels being raised by a further 2 inches a she wanted to be taller than everyone else!! How must he have felt to know that she was disappointed that he was going to be her partner. Everyone else managed to at least look pleased even if they didn't necessarily feel it. Think Anita Dobson is going to be pretty good - she looked brilliant in the group dance I thought. Nancy won't last long - "I am the best thing from Italy since Sophia Loren" . I was ambilivlent towards her previously but that certainly made me decide I do not like her for sure, I cannot tolerate bad manners at all. It's a shame because I always want Brendan to do well in the competition. I've never seen anybody go so clearly wrong as many times are she did. Poor Brendan. He's got a huge challenge on his hands Holly & Anita were deservedly top of the leader board. Anita in particular impressed me, loved her Waltz. Russell Grant and Flavia were great too, very entertaining. Russell so obviously loves what he's doing. He seems really sweet and Flavia certainly has a willing partner. The surprise of the night was Robbie Savage. He wasn't as bad as I thought he'd be. He hardly moved apart from posing, terrible. I think the marking was wrong as well for him last night, he should have got less than Lulu, at least she attempted to dance even if it wasn't the dance that Brendan choregraphed for her Loved Anita's waltz, so graceful and full of emotion.
