MissPug+Chooks
This is Pickle one of my omlet girls - she is the 'one legged' fox attack surviver, she was attacked as a pullet, survived and has gone on to be one of my most prolific layers, she is fit and healthy and nearly through her first moult Next is Ginger, the second of my 2 Omlet girls, she is the wimpy chicken she cries at everything and hates being picked up, but will follow me everywhere! And this is Polly, my chicken of fate who came to me in September - she is now head chicken and I think she is the youngest as her comb and wattles have grown and she has not moulted this year... She looked like this when she came to me... and now looks like this.... She knows the black bin is where the food is... This is all of them together... Hope you don't mind me sharing these with you...the girlies will be getting their new WIR in the Spring so will keep you all updated with the progress x

MissPug+Chooks
Aw, when Polly came along ( haha along came Polly!) poor Ginger didn't know what to do with herself but she had to be the 'fighter' as Pickle was one legged then bless her! She soon ran away and decided she'd be better off being middle chicken Thanks for the lovely comments guys, I try and get out with my camera as they are so funny - I always miss the good bits though!
