My white boots have come too & I am really impressed with them

 

But they are a bit too big - I don't suppose anyone has a size 6 when they might need a size 7 & fancies swapping?????

Yes they are a bit big! I have a size 6 and should have got a 5 but will have to wear thick socks. Can't complain for £3.99

my boots arrived last night - i ordered two pairs and the box they came in were massive. I was quite tempted to climb inside

Our website is updated on a regular basis and all items advertised online are in stock at the time of an update. Unfortunately on very rare occasions where we have small quantities of a particular item, orders placed between updates may exceed the quantity of items we have available. In such circumstances we will allocate goods to the customers who ordered the items first.

 

You have not been charged for any items that have been cancelled and any authorisations for payment made at the time of placing the order will automatically be cleared by your bank. This process will take up to 5 days depending on your banks procedures.

 

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

No that's a surprise! Perhaps someone ought to direct them to this exposure they are getting, that ought to buck their ideas up!

Can't see why you are upset. If you watch the site they say which sizes still in stock so it must be end of range for that colour or product and it does say 1 day sale

I think that what they are disgruntled about is that the supplier was saying that a certain colour and size was out of stock at the reduced price, yet they still plainly had them but only at the full price. I should think that if you placed an order at the sale price and within that period, then (stock permitting) they ought to fulfil it.

Same here, had order confirmation, then on the following day had an email saying out of stock, and any money taken would be refunded.

 

Have emailed them again today, will be interesting to see if I receive anything other than a standard reply.
