The door is on and so is most of the roof.

There are some small gaps along the roofline which I will cover with mesh & my trusty staple gun.

Need to put the tarpaulin on the sides as the puddles on the floor is not a good look!

Poor hubby had to brace snow/sleet/hailstones & rain to get most of the roof finished yesterday :D

Getting there. Hopefully we will get it finished next weekend. I will fit the side covers this week so we can try and get the floor dry ready for the easi-bed next weekend....and then my girlies :dance:

My eldest is going to be gutted when the girls are in situ as he's been taking great delight in putting in younger brother into the WIR, closing the door and saying he's now in jail!!:lol:

I contacted Chris at petpens4u http://www.petpens4u.co.uk/ I gave him the dimensions and he made it fit. basically the panels are 3ft X 6ft so for your space all he would have to do it make a few smaller panels. There's quite a few of his runs on here :D

:dance::dance: The WIR is now finished (apart from a few tweaks) The base wasn't quite big enough and the WIR overhangs slightly. We will fill the gap when we get some decent weather. The tarpaulin is up & hopefully will do the job of keeping the easi-bed dry.

The girls love it & it was soooooo nice being able to sit in there with them. It was great (grinning like a Cheshire cat) :D

That looks fantastic, there's certainly lots of room too and getting new girls is so exciting! What are you thinking of getting?

Looking at getting some ex-bats. My girls will go into my classic 7 the ex-bats will have the WIR until they all learn to play nicely

That looks awesome! What lucky girls. How big is it?

The WIR is 10ft X 14ft. It's awesome. I feel like a dog with two tails :lol: Can't help feeling so chuffed with it. I even went and grabbed the guy who has a small holding across the road to come and have a look at it. He's now worried that I'll show it to his wife.....:lol:

Thanxs all,

That looks fantastic  .

I have one of those yellow treat balls, but the girls won't go near it. Rosie pecked it once and then ran away flapping and squawking  . She then proceeded to circle it growling :lol: .

Have fun in your new run 8) .

My girls love the yellow ball...or is it the worms inside :?:lol:

 Looks fantastic! You must be soooo :D

oooo I am except for ..... where we've had so much rain it has leaked under the frame and the easi-bed is soaked with the exception of 1 corner :(

Now need to think of some way stopping the rain seeping under the WIR :?:? or am I being unrealistic :?:

I suppose under 'normal' circumstances it wouldn't be so bad but we have had torrential rain today

It doesn't look like the roof has leaked and the tarpaulin seems to have stood up to the battering it got today :)
