Scraps bucket advice needed

Recommended Posts

I have a couple of neighbours who are being kind enough to save out of date fruit and veg for my girls. One neighbour today gave me a pot of M&S pre-shredded mixed veg that was only a couple of days out of date! Spoilt much! Anyway I would like to give my neighbours a little lidded bucket so they can save s"Ooops, word censored!"s easily. Any suggestions? :D

Do you not have a s"Ooops, word censored!"s bin from your council?

We have had for a couple of years now - you collect any compostable waste (that the hens wont eat!) in a hinge lidded bin, which you can line with compostable sacks.

You might be able to buy something like it online...try ebay.

It would be good for them if it had a hinged lift-up lid,& took the liners too,so there is less chance of niffs :D
