Sheilaz
....Men's doubles just been won by a Brit and a Dane It was an amazing result and a fantastic match to watch, superb tennis! I'd just walked in and automatically put Wimbledon on, not knowing what match would be playing, and was gripped straight away. Congratulations Marray & Nielsen! Looking forward to Men's singles now, come on Andy.

Olly
The tension is unbearable! I was quite glad when it rained, too. Come on, Andy!

Groovychook
Oh, it's unbearable! Keeping everything crossed. It's just the genius of Federer... what a nightmare to play against
superkitty
Oh, what a shame but what a great game! I got a bit overcome at the end there when he got all choked up
Olly
I did, too - that's not what I was expecting! What a great match, he can walk away proudly from that. Every cloud has a silver lining - Oxfam will receive over £100,000 as a result of Federer's win. I think Andy will be back in the final next year. Ain't Nobody Here
Poor boy . I got a bit teary too . He played so well though so can be very proud of himself .
Groovychook
I had a blub too Bless him, poor Andy. He always keeps his emotions in check. It obviously meant so much to him. No shame in that performance though, I'm sure he'll be back all the stronger for that experience.

sparkysmum
We're just back from the Dunblane Centre where we and a couple of hundred others watched it on a huge screen. Devastated that he lost. We cheered every point that he won and "oh'd" the points that he lost. So close. He will do it one day though However "well done Federer" a truly great player. bluekarin
A fantastic game. I am so glad he played so well, and it wasn't over in 2 sets. Federer was great, but I didn't feel he was as good as he usually is. I too cried when he was trying to do his thank yous *sobs* I am sure he will do well again next year, especially now the pressure is off for a brit to get through to the final. Well done Andy
chickencam
Well done Andy. he played some of his best tennis but unfortunately so did Federer, he is a genius, he thoroughly deserved his 7th championship and Andy did well to stay with him and make him work for it. A great match, Andy's turn will come.
snowberry
I am not into tennis, but watched the final hour. Murray was awesome, & the end bit made me so sorry for him. Federer is a bit hansome isn't he
Egluntyne
Erm .... beauty is in the eye of the beholder they say. I've warmed massively to Andy Murray, he has seemed far more likeable throughout this tournament, and I found myself hoping that he would win, even though I'm a Federer fan. It was very moving seeing him being so gracious after the match.
sparkysmum
I was looking out for you on the news . We're def on somewhere Several lots of cameras, and interviewers. Can't stand Murray personally, but he did play a very good match and can be proud of himself and even I shed a tear for him in the end..... Do you think he gets all his smiley genes from his mother?
