OH spotted a fox coming into our back garden from the driveway this morning . He (and Riley) went out and it scarpered over 2 lots of Omlet netting into our veg patch. Or should I say Fort Veg - it can't get out due to my anti-fox defenses .

 

I've opened the "gates" in the netting but it's not worked out yet that it can escape .

 

The girls are completely oblivious .

He is beautiful but I'd rather he didn't move in with us . I couldn't leave him in there all day, so I opened the "gates" and went indoors to leave him in peace to get out. Checked 20 mins later and he'd gone, presumably out through the driveway but I'm not certain.

They are stunning looking critters, just a pity their fav food seems to be our family pets. Relief he got away "empty handed". Alli x

Affraid I dont share your love of the Fox. What is it about the colour and the tail that sways humans. If they were grey they would be delt with as the vermin they really are. My sister had one in the house the other month....Yuk
