Redwing
The curse of the auto correct in some cases I think! I did love the three drawer chest x 2 one though I've seen many different spellings of 'bantam' in ads but my fave was 'batman'

The Dogmother
Not a spelling error, but I had to laugh at this... I recently advertised our rabbit hutch on Freegle, taking great pains to point out that it was 4' long by 4' high and 2' deep and would need two strong peeps tp carry it and a van or similar. Guess what? A couple turned up. her preggers and him weedy, in a Corsa!
soapdragon
Maybe they misread the ad and thought it was in inches!? Perhaps they have dwarf rabbits?
Ziggy
Maybe they thought the Corsa was a Tardis?? I've had that once, advertising two sets of shelves, posting dimensions and pictures... one really needed a car for them... this young student girl turns up then is dismayed that she can't carry them on the bus!!!!! The Dogmother
I shouldn't be surprised really... I once advertised 2 single beds for an elderly neighbour and a couple turned up in a classic mini What really worries me is that these folks are eligible to vote and decide the future of our country. Well, the mini factory isn't far... let's give them the Tardis plans...
Geoid
When I was renovating my house, I had to go to Wickes (a lot), someone had ordered a kitchen worktop (4 metres long) and turned up in a small hatchback! I overheard the person on the checkout say "3 adults and they bring a car...*shakes head* "
