Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Hi guys, I know i'm not the only one to try these, but thought I'd share my efforts!!!!

 

I've never made Marshmallow so a first for me... It make far too much for 6 though so had to make some more

I printed off the recipe yesterday but am still looking for something to use as moulds. I think yours look really good though so perhaps i'll wait until I can buy the proper moulds.

Emma. The mould came from amazon. Think I ordered the black one although it was pink when it came through the letterbox! !!!!

 

Thanks for all your positive comments. My tasters at work scoffed them today. They went down well. I am not convinced sponge would be better than biscuit. I used milk chocolate but plain wiukd make it less of a sugar rush!
