OMG new crocs colour!

Recommended Posts

I rather like it....but I've already got the other purple.

I'm not so keen on the Kelly Green, but rather like the Peacock Blue.

I've had my heart set on the Sage Green for a while, and when shopping on Saturday, I found some in Office....so I bought them, without trying them on. Size 5 Caymans. I've got 2 pairs which are a perfect fit so I imagined these would be the same.

When I got them home, they were significantly smaller than the others!

Closer inspection showed them to be...wait for it....Made in Romania!!!

 None of my others are.....They are made in Boulder, Colorado!

I think they are fakes. I took them back and had to draw myself up to my full height to get my money back (They tried to say I could only have a credit note but I insisted) In fact, when I announced in a loud voice that I wasn't convinced that they were the genuine article and that I intended to refer the matter to the Trading Standards folk, she couldn't get rid of me fast enough, did an about turn and gave me my money back straight away.. It pays to be firm sometimes.

Company Policy my a**e! Illegal and unenforceable.

So beware of "Crocs" from Office.

There was a thread on here ages ago now about Crocs being made in different places and I believe that some people had genuine Crocs made in places other than Boulder Colorado :? . That said all my pairs are from Boulder :D .

I love the grape, but like Egluntine already have the other purple, 2 purple pairs would be pushing it, even for me  . Those peacock blue look pretty delicious though, I wonder if I could afford to treat myself :?:roll:8)

I've already got purple too, but I do like the grape. I like the celery colour too!

Hubby likes the peacock ones. Think it will be some wedgie ones next for me - can't remeber the name?? I like them in black and goldish colour - very classy, you could even get away with them with a nice pair of black boot leg trousers!

Think I'll be getting some gergie boots if this weather keeps up!

I love the grape, thanks for starting another Crocs topic!:lol::lol: I also have the lilac but this is a different shade altogether. So, it's not pushing it for me, it's essential!:lol::lol:

I have 2 pairs of Caymens, same size, both genuine. Blue ones made in Mexico and fit fine, red ones definitely smaller and made in China! :? My oldest son's were made in Italy, little one's made in Boulder. Anyone got some made anywhere else??

Love the grape

I wasn't too keen on the other purple a little too pale for me

My pink caymens are being 'borrowed' by my mum at the moment as they are the only thing that fit her bad foot at the moment and she hates them

Could be an excuse to buy a new pair couldn't it
