My lovely Lavender died last night...

She was the last of my original girls, and 5 years old so had a lovely long life.

She has been poorly for a few days now, and when I got home last night she was in the nest box, quite cold, but Clara one of the Silkies was sitting with her. Gave her a long hug and kisses ( cant belive I am saying this ) said my goodbuys, and Hubby sorted out the rest.

End of big girls as only have bantams now, will miss her loads, she was such a funny girl.
