Hairless wonder!!

Recommended Posts

I was reading about a product in the Mail which is good for removing hair from bikini line. As a wuss of the 1st degree I decided to purchase it from Amazon as I know by the time I get to Boots they will be sold out. I was telling OH about it and he said " get one" didnt ask price so I did  I loathe bikini waxing with a vengance and had under arms done once and came out in a rash and couldnt wear deodorant for a week  Its the Remington Cordless body and bikini kit. Any one got one? Got good reviews.

No I hadnt either - I get the eyebrows waxed or threaded and depending on the expertise of threader can get sore eyes after. The best ones are the little threader bars in shopping centres - the girls know what they are doing. As a middle aged lady - hair removal is a nightmare as you seem to get er hairier. Any guys reading - go away - ladies only

Is it a razor type thing?I got the Boots home laser one it is totally painless.I Definately if I was young go for laser hair removal.I know it is expensive but when you add up what you are likely to spend over thirty odd years it must work out cheaper.YD is 13 and very dark haired, she has quite a noticeable moustache ,she hasn't commented yet but when she does I'll be thinking laser.

I have used an epilator on my legs for ages...slightly painful but very good results so bearable! However, I decided to try on my sp"Ooops, word censored!" underarm hair....yeowwwwww! Don't

Do agree tho, as a lady of a certain age, yes...hair removal does move up a few notches as a priority

I am an epilator fan especially after paying for waxing a few times , but I do shave the bikini line with a Remington , it is quite an old one .

I stopped epilating in this area after a couple of in growning hairs , ( Not nice at all)

As I have got older and 60 isn't far away , I have fewer hairs now than I used to have and hardly any under my arms , just wish the jungle on the legs would stop growing.

And whilst at it...No one ever told me about the change In growth, especially the nasal hair , or the eyebrow changes and the chin and the upper lip areas. And I even asked my sister what she does about it all ? Buy some tweezer man tweezers she said and keep them in your bag with a good mirror. Where will it all end , I ask .

My mum at 81 gave up all of this palaver last year, she just lets it all grow now , says she has had enough of it .

I used tweezers when I could see what I could do over a thinner tum. Mainly because of the itching that was caused by using a razor. Lucky for me only a few came back - the more you do it that way the less it hurts as you get used to it. But then I didn't really have much of a problem with it to begin with. One of the lucky ones.
