I dont think anyone here us a pest, i like reading all about everyone and all the stories you have to tell.

I have days where i post all the time or ask stupid questions and i think i must be getting anoying!!!

The whole point of a forum is to learn about everyone but if no-one posts anything then we cant, thats why iam glad iam never the only one on line!

I love this forum, its the 1st thing I look at when I turn the laptop on!

There are so many subjects and posts, anything from chicken poo to football - such a variety and good questions asked and great advice given.

 

Sometimes if im in the mood I make it my personal mission to go through every red arrow post I havent read and answer every single one....

 

Keep on posting, keep on asking questions, its a great forum with great people.....

I even thought I had been a bit too cheeky the other day on the forum as it took nearly a day for anybody to reply... I sometimes read a post but don't reply straight away as don't know enough about the topic, or would like to look something up first, but I don't feel I want to say "sorry....dunno" which I think is worse than no reply.

 

I'm guessing that is why you didn't get a response for a while Kathy.....people wanted to put together a decent answer.

 

No-one would be ignored on this forum. That is one of the things which make it special.

I don't think I expressed myself too well. It was not a criticism of the forum, more an apology for showing poor judgement.

 

I was referring to my house name post, when I was a bit cheeky/crude. Decent answers perhaps did take time, as forum members wont want to be banned. I was concerned I might have gone too far, as this is a Family forum.

 

This is a great forum, full of friendly, supportive people, who are only too happy to help. It is also a place to chat and have a good laugh, but maybe I should ban myself from posting after 2 glasses of wine.

I wouldnt Kathy, I just wish i could drink , would prob help relax, but just cant do it, tea or pepsi max for me,

 

I do also worry if no one posts, or i should say, did worry, after the posts i recieved for being down, it was nice to know that everyone is here, they may not reply straight away, but there are there in a crisis, and if help is needed yu will get an answer.

 

i replied to a post that had been going for over a day that had no answers and once i had the post seem to fill,

It is so difficult not being able to put expression into typing. I am not miffed, just relieved. *comes away from corner bravely, returns to being a 38 year old*

 

I agree with you Lady Lucan a natter and a cuppa would be good. You can tell much more from body language and facial expression than just typing. Everything is so much more abrupt when its written down.

You are right....what sounds fine inside your head doesn't always come across as well on paper.

 

For clarification I use the words "your" in the Princess Anne -y sense of "one" which I am not posh enough to use in everyday speech....if you see what I mean.
