It shows total indifference. Well to be honest I have only been there once in my life and I didn't like it. The seats reminded me of the school canteen and it's virtually beansprouts with everything or go without. I know it was an awful long time ago and it's probably much different now, but I didn't rate cleanliness at the top of their list either - the tables were filthy! It was swift (same day phone call) professional and I received £30 vouchers which exceeded my expectation and then some. I also love their food and will go back to eat there. But the letter.... I suspect the capital 'I' is a mistake, as is any punctuation. They probably don't know what to put where anyway, or for that matter, which keys to press to get capitals because that means pressing two keys at the same time!
