gavclojak
So my girls have been with me a week today, what a week girls! So today the new girls free ranged for the first time with the big girls and it went remarkably well, the odd 'put you in your place' peck but no chasing so that's good, it was such a lovely day they had a whole afternoon supervised pottering together and as OH and i had some work to do in the new run, the new girls ever ventured in to the big enclosure and shared some meal worms with the big girls....here they are exploring and thoroughly enjoying life. Am i a little bit proud of them? you bet i am!! Edited October 19, 2014 by Guest

PickleHen
Does anyone know what breed these ladies are? Hard to tell from the current state of our trio and I overlooked asking the team when we collected them!
Luvachicken
Sorry I missed this post til now, but they do look extremely happy and having such a fabulous time in your garden, such lucky girls
gavclojak
Thanks everyone for your lovely comments. They really are the most funny little things. They love being with the big girls and in a few weeks hope they will be all together permanently. I think I will keep the quarantine quarters OH has built so brilliantly just in case any other waif's or strays find their way back to 'henidorm' during our rehoming Pickledhen, I think they are RIR hybrids. More photos of their adventures to follow.....
mrsatroy
Great to see them doing so well. I am hoping to get 6 ex-batts at the end of November. Love to see and hear how others are getting on.
