I havn't laughed so much at an advert on the tellie for a long, long time! (Am guessing you can Google it if you havn't!?) They are often very funny and something to look forward too when a new one comes out. Although I have to say that the last two weren't as great. Going to google the specsaver one! Luvachicken Posted November 5, 2016 Share Posted November 5, 2016 I like the Spec saver one with the vet and the hat/cat and also the one where the shepherd clips the sheep and then moves onto the dog - they always make me smile. Haven't seen the new Spec saver advert yet. There used to be an advert where there was a scrunched up Autumn leaf and they would say " face, we know how you feel " and then it would be rubbed with Nivea and turn back into a freshly fallen Autumn leaf. I used to love those metal robots and their dog. Also the Aldi ad (that was withdrawn rather quickly) with the granny figure that was saying about her husband liking tea "He likes this tea, and he likes that tea" winding up with "I don't like tea, I like gin" Going to hunt down the new specsavers ad now .. It has become quite a catch phrase in our house, because we are big tea drinkers but are also partial to the odd gin.
