Guest
Harry is off the Wales next week on a 'team-building' excercise with his new school, they will be living in a 'rural village' for a couple of days, abseiling, walking etc. So went into Primark and got him gloves, fleeces, socks, hot water bottle in a lovely fleecy cover (it was on the list) for less than a tenner. Also bought some really nice slipper socks as stocking fillers for them both and they were only a £1 a pair, (Jules' are a really cute penguin design)
Krysia
Oh yes we love primark too! So as well as a bargain you will get a quiet week!
Cinnamon
I have just got back from Primark, laden down with cheap goodies as usual. Found an amazing fake leather black biker jacket which I know Devon will love, it was £12! Also a cute T for Cleo, & a little black bag...all under £4. Also got my Mum a pile of clothes as,even though they are named, her care home loses all her stuff on a regular basis. Its just not worth buying her decent gear,as it goes walkabout all the time.We saw another patient in one of Mums outfits last time we were there I LOVE PRIMARK!!! ali-s
I like Primark too I love their novelty socks as my work uniform is all black which makes me feel down. The bright socks cheer me up. Today I have bright blue ones on with a picture of a cow, underneath it says "mad moo" My favourite pair have a picture of an insect on and underneath is says "stop bugging me" I flash these at my boss when he is getting on my nerves

My sister works in outdoor education.... He is going to Llandrinio. It is a centre owned by the school, apparently. They will 'gain an understanding of life in a rural community' I think that is school speak for rather basic accomodation, hence the request for a hot water bottle

One Man Banned
Just keep me away from TK Maxx - I spent a small fortune in there on Monday, and got lots of from Joe when he saw I'd bought yet another bag, a very nice retro Dunlop one with orange detail, only £12 I think I'm looking forward to the end of the month, when Next opens in our local retail centre 5 mins walk away Does anyone know if they run any promotions when they open a new store, might just pick up a bargain there, although close friend I'm seeing tomorrow works for them so easy 25% off NO! I do not need more clothes............ A xx
Popcorn
If NEXT do have a promotion Andrew, you'll probably have to start queuing at 4am! Nothing like a good bargain is there though, whether you need the thing or not!! We went to a wedding a couple of years ago, and I wore all Primark (Is that something I should admit to?) I only went in to pick up a cheap holiday beach towel and was amazed at what was in there. I wouldn't shop there exclusively, as I do believe you get what you pay for in some circumstances, but it's a great place on the whole for throw away fashion.
