I'm terrible with how I put faces to names.

 

Years ago I had a lot of dealings with a lovely American lady online. She was a paralegal and drove a lovely sports car. When she came to London I arranged to meet her at the V&A, now when she had said she often gets half price on the bus as she looks like a pensioner I thought she was joking. I thought she would be a very glam person, I also saw her as tall an slim.

 

Of course she was a small round lady with snow white hair up in a bun!

 

Good thing she recognised me as I had recently been in a magazine article which she had asked me to send her a copy of. Otherwise I would still be looking for her today!

We all have such fun with that at Omlet gatherings - it's always interesting to finally meet people who you've chatted to for ages.
