Richard
Yes I have at last managed to get a decent recording of Daisy doing her nut for my mobile ringtone. I have been using the pre-done 'rooster' one that was on the 'phone, but I wanted something authentic. Anyone else use their hen's mutterings as a ring tone? It certainly gets looks on the train! BeckyBoo
No, but that sounds fantastic!! I'll have to look for a "chicken" ring tone I think, my last one (which wasn't a chicken one) disappeared when I dropped my phone down the drain. Saved the sim card but the ring tone vanished!! Any way you can put a link to it so we can hear it? Mrs Bertie
Richard
Any way you can put a link to it so we can hear it? Mrs Bertie Um .. don't know. I've got it on the phone (I recorded it direct to the phone) so I'll have to see if I can send it. I would think that I can, but I have to work out how! chelsea
Yes, husband has Ella for his ringtone and message tone. He has even forward it to his friends and one friend sent it to his son who is serving in Iraq Therefore Ella is a multi-national ringtone Icon

Charlottechicken
Someone posted a link to "In the Mood - The Chicken Song" on here a while ago and I have it on my pc, then I recorded it straight to the phone, but it is too quiet and I don't have the patience/skill to work out how to do it properly, but it would sound brilliant I'm sure! BeckyBoo
I don't suppose I could be really cheeky and ask if either of you would be prepared to forward it to me, my hens don't make enough noise for me to record and anyway it would have interruptions of "Mum, Mum....." mind you, that would make a good message tone!! The Dogmother
Just so long as you don't settle for 'Road to Amarillo' as your ring tone Mrs B
Richard
if I can work out how to get it from the phone to the computer I'm very happy to send it, or email it or whatever to anyone else. Daisy is a little darling and I was sure she would have no problem with being other folks' ringtone. I did ask her - and you can see from her expression that she was delighted (erm ?) However the problm at the moment is that I haven't yet been able to do the technological bit (despite the previous help). But I will sort it and let you know when I have!
