Sheilaz
.........and stroked all the cats.... My, you did get carried away! That's great that you've had a proper look & that things are moving along, I'm so pleased. Must seem more real now that you've looked in more detail & discussed equipment etc. Watched Relocation too.... slap! I don't like the ones where they want to buy 2 places & commute a 100 miles, it's much more fun when they are desperate to fall in love with a house and follow their dream. As you have done! Remind us to watch week after next; I'm so glad that you had that feeling & acted so quickly.
Mrs Frugal
Lesley it's all getting SOOOOO exciting!! Have you got room for a small family of 4 + 3 chickens to come and move in ? We're all hard workers (apart from Clarry!) !
Louise
Ooooooooooooooh I love Relocation Can't wait. I wanted to slap both of them because fancy moving to a very flat part of the country and expect to NEVER hear traffic. In fact imagine moving anywhere in the UK and expect to hear no traffic You might change your mind about a cat once you have to keep baiting traps around barns *ducks and runs for cover*

Popcorn
Oh yes Louise - I had a present bought to me last night by our cat whilst I was tucked up in bed. I just need to train her to keep the things outside, or even put them in the bin when she has finished playing with them.
Louise
I usually only find the bits they don't like to eat on the carpet if I am unlucky I find them with my feet
The Dogmother
I know that one! I went racing down the stairs one morning when the dog was still alive, only to step (with bare feet) in a pile of dog sick!!!!!!! Even after scrubbing my feet I still thought I could smell it. soufflé
We don't get that problem 'cos our cats eat the lot - just crunch mice up into bits. But they can't manage a whole rabbit - we sometimes find a pair of ears and the innards on the back doorstep - yuk.
The Dogmother
Fancy just leaving you the ears - can't make a stew out of that!
Louise
It is usually the stomach of mice mine leave the gall bladder must make it bitter and rats don't have one so that all disappears. One of mine eats rabbits the whole lot and then usually brings it all back up on the carpet Wondeful subject this what topic are we on
