Rhapsody Posted December 20, 2007 Share Posted December 20, 2007 Magnifico started mouting like hell 3 days ago then went into a decline, and despite Baytril and indoor nursing she passed away in the night. She was the first chook to lay, first to show the other how to dust-bath and catch worms, she was a bit low on brain but a real 'momma chook' to the others. She had beautiful burnished feathers that shone copper green in the sun and a golden chest that contained a big heart. I cant believe she's gone......
