Clash City Rocker
The weather in Worcester today has been bleak it reminds me of the day in the "Summer" before the floods, It has rained for the last 10 hours, roads are starting to flood. It's looking bleak!!!
The Dogmother
It's been like that here too CCR - black as night, stair-rod rain and murky as heck. I've got a chook keeping course in the morning =- they'll need their waders at this rate!
Popcorn
Yucky here too. Infact while I was driving to work this morning, I thought ot myself how grey and dull it was, and it really felt like 5am rather 9am. Rained all day. I'm sat in my office putting off walking to my car as I 'm going to get drenched! I hope my poor chooks are ok.
theherd123
It hasnt stopped raining here all day - the bears went out for wees for 2 mins and were soaked - they now smell of wet dog!
Guest
Yep kids arrived at school this morning looking like drowned rats and now Mum has a small lake outside her back door where there was path, lawn and a flowerbed. Oh and she said the chooks were using it and pretending to be ducks!
Fabergé
Oh yes,we've had rain today! Several roads in the district are closed due to flooding & others are passable but with lakes stretching right across the road. We had some serious flooding in the area in July & now everyone is very twitchy

Guest
nice and dry but cold here today. I knew it would be cold today as I could see the stars really clearly last night, I could see the plough from my bedroom, beautiful. The previous 2 nights it's rained cats and dogs and the garden was flooded for a cple of days. You must be getting our rain at the moment. Jules.
We had frost this morning & it's been dull today but dry. My parents have gone to Shropshire for the weekend, & said it's bucketed it down all the way as they travelled south of Warrington. I cleaned out the chooks today
Lesley
Vile weather here today and the roads are flooding already We had a young lad lining the flue today - he looked like a drowned rat when he came back in He's been up on the roof in just about the worst of the weather, sleet and horizontal rain. I was at the gym in the morning and people were doing longer workouts so that they didn't have to go back out in the rain (not me - I went down to the cafe and had a panini

emu
We had torrential rainfall on Wednesday through to Thursday lunchtime. The fields look like the Uk version of the Great Lakes in Canada, and several areas of localised flooding and some road closures too, including sections of Motorway. Had a lovely dry sunny day today and the most gorgeous sunset at its ending.

The Dogmother
We didn't get any snow yesterday you lot! It was very windy and pouring when I went to bed last night, so I was worrying that I'd have to postpone my chook course this morning, but it has dawned bright and frosty The garden is still squidgy but at least it isn't raining!
