The Dogmother
I tried again in work this morning and still no joy - have used the email for help facility as I can't for the life of me work out why it won't work.
Guest
Worked for me too I used my work email address but had no idea of the password, so I had to ask for a new password and then change it on my details, so thiss bit was easy to use as well
The Dogmother
Matt's looking into it now... I think the problem is because I've never ordered online from Omlet, and so don't have an account/password.
Tina C
I eventually remembered my password and it worked fine. My most recent order is not on there - but I did it over the phone so maybe that's why? Clare as it says you exist why don't you tick the forgot password box - that is what I was going to do until I had a flash of inspiration. AMO
I had to create a new account as it did not recognise my email address
The Dogmother
Matt has just sorted mine out (thanks Matt) it seems that my email addy had been entered onto the database with some uppercase letters in it - he's changed that now, gave me a new password too. matt_b
Thanks for the feedback so far everyone - it's been very helpful! Having ordered via the website isn't a requirement for using the accounts area - if you've ordered over the telephone and gave your e-mail address as part of your details, you should be able to use the 'Forgotten Your Password?' link to get a new accounts password. (Login details for the accounts area are seperate to the forum!) Ginette: I've made a minor change to the login page so tabbing through the fields now works correctly. I'm a little concerned about your description of the text getting jumbled on the login page - could you give me some details about what operating system and web browser you're using? Charlottechicken
It works fine for me now (easy when you use the right password ) I haven't spent any money at Omlet since 23rd March 2007, so may have to browse the shop for some vital bits and pieces

Fabergé
When I click on the link, this is how the log-in page look for me. [/img] Also does not show our original purchase of the cube as this was made when visiting the Newbury show & not via the website.
deejmum
Everything worked fine for me. Showed all the details of my impending delivery of my CUBE. No problems.
chrisnrob
It all works fine for me. However, there is an odd little quirk: Every amount in the 'Value' column is £0.01 more than the corresponding amount in the 'Paid' column Rob
matt_b
It all works fine for me. However, there is an odd little quirk: Every amount in the 'Value' column is £0.01 more than the corresponding amount in the 'Paid' column Rob Minor bug there - we've redone the 'view order' page and the home page so the all the invoices should reconcile now. When I click on the link, this is how the log-in page look for me. Also does not show our original purchase of the cube as this was made when visiting the Newbury show & not via the website. The layout bug occurs when you re-size the window - if you press refresh it should correct itself. This isn't a very good solution though, and we're making sure the bug is eliminated when we redesign the site. All of our orders go into the same system here at Omlet, so when customers have ordered over the phone, we effectively create an 'account' for them as part of the order process. However, if that same customer later goes and buys something via the website, they're usually (understandably!) unaware that they already have their details in the system, and create a new account - so we're finding that people often have their phone orders on one account, and the their website orders on another. We're currently working on a fix for this issue, so if you're missing any orders, drop me a PM and I'll see what I can do.

I can't wait to be able to edit and post my hen parties myself... that'll just be the dog's doo daas and I won't have to keep bothering Johannes.
