chickencam
Tut tut naughty girls Just a note of caution I think that I read somewhere that hens can get a fungal disease from wild bird food particularly peanuts.
Louise
Wild bird nuts are not screened for aflotoxin which is a dangerous fungus which can be fatal in ANY species hence the reason you are always told as a child not to eat wild bird nuts It is still quite rare though
Mutrix Farmers
Fab photo whoever it was that told me chickens don't fly was lying! Katie regularly ends up on the patio table, Charlotte likes to walk along the top of the Eglu run and Henrietta tries to land on the kitchen window cill! Should this flying be encouraged??
