Janty Posted July 24, 2008 Share Posted July 24, 2008 Ginger Spice, one of our original girls died last night. She had not been ill although her comb hadn't been it's usual bright colour lately. The thing that upset me more than anything was that when we found her, Mistletoe, one of our ex-batts was all snuggled up to her as if trying to keep her warm. Husband is gutted. He chose Ginger when we visited Merrydale Poultry. She was a little monster. Despite all our defences, she was always breaking into next doors garden.
