ubereglu
I got an A* in Maths!!! Wahoo! I even did it a year early and had to do coursework, which the rest of my year don't have to. However, can anyone make sense of some of the other marks for me? I got back the results of Unit 2 Chemistry and Physics, (CHY2H and PHY2H) and have been given the mark equivalent, which are 100 and 95, so what grade does this make it? I tried looking at the AQA PDF but it didn't make sense to me, anyone?

Guest
Well done, afraid I can't help on the science grade other than to say when kids have shown me these they have had a sheet included which gave a definition of the grade boundaries - perhaps yours was missing and a friend has one? Cate in NZ
Very well done to Ollie, such a relief for him And fantastic news Liz, very well done Seb & I have been hanging around our inboxes all evening but nothing at all from his school. Lots of his old friends from the UK have been MSN-ing him to discuss their results and I think Seb's really fed up that he doesn't know yet. He's actually gone to bed with plans to get up in the early hours to see if anything has come through by then. Otherwise it's going to be crossing fingers and hoping that the results will have been emailed to his new school, or waiting for snail mail....but that's likely to be at least a week more to wait
hillfamily
Well Done Liz I'll have a look at Ollie's sheet and see if I can find any clues

You'll have to speak to the departments in school as they change it for each exam, it either out of 100, or 120, so you did well! Great news with the Maths

Rhapsody
Rhapsody Junior acquitted himself well especially in the IGSCE's in the 3 sciences and maths as these are exam-only. I wont crow about his grades but we're all very happy
