PurpleHen
Oh no - they've brought out the purple Eglu!!! I don't know what to do I'm so eggcited 1. Sell current Eglu and buy new PURPLE one (but be scorned by family for wastfulness) 2. Just buy another Eglu (but possibley loose husband in the process) 3. Just pine at everyone else's new PURPLE Eglu

Cinnamon
Just imagine if they did an Eglu with a purple top,& the bits that are usually grey in pink , yellow or orange
Gallina
I like the brown one best too, but it doesn't seem available any more. It blends in well with the garden, and exudes good taste, doesn't it, Martin?
The Dogmother
Perhaps Omlet might have a couple of brown ones left at HQ Gallina?
Gallina
It's only wishful looking: I am sticking with the one I have for the moment. I just wondered why the brown ones disappeared so soon after their arrival. Is there any news of the new bigger Eglu? That will tempt me seriously. The Dogmother
Sadly, no information on either Gallina, looks like the mark 3might have been put back a bit. Unless they are planning to unveil it at the Omlet do in August - BTW, are you planning to come to that?
Gallina
I don't know anything about the Omlet do: where is there any information on it? I've just looked at the latest newsletter, and at the forum, but can's see anything.
PurpleHen
It's a sticky in the Nesting Box called: "THE OFFICIAL OMLET GET TOGETHER - HOT OFF THE PRESS!!"
The Dogmother
Have you found it? I did email Omlet suggesting that they might like to put something about it in the newsletter as a lot of people haven't seen it - I haven't heard back from them yet. PurpleHen
I've just emailed Omlet to find out how much a lone Eglu would cost - then I will work out how much I think I will get for my Red one and see if I can "find" the difference somewhere..... As we're about to move house I'm sure the money could beost somewhere and put down to "new house spending".
