Christian Posted October 29, 2008 Share Posted October 29, 2008 Ok here goes... 250g good quality sea salt or Maldon salt 2 tsps red peppercorns 2 tsps crushed dried chillis 4 star anise 1 x 500ml jar or 2 x 250ml jars Sterilize your jar(s) Mix the salt with the other ingredients Tip into the cooled jar(s) Ta da!
